Information is key

Factsheets are designed to be 'briefs' only, with links to other sites for more in-depth information.There has been an enormous change in a short timescale in how services are delivered and how organisations have to work together. The catalyst for this change was the Victoria Climbie Inquiry and the resultant Children's Act  2004 which gave the legislative spine to Every Child Matters: Change for Children. Children's Trusts came out of this initiative.
