About Us

Vision
Our vision is of sustainable and healthy communities in Bury, where the third sector plays a full and active part in reducing inequalities, strengthening communities and improving the quality of life for the people of Bury.

Mission
Working in partnership with other sectors, we will provide the support and opportunities for Third Sector organisations in Bury to strengthen their capacity, influence and resources to meet the diverse and changing needs of the people of Bury.

Aims

  • To provide capacity building support that is appropriate to the needs of third sector in Bury
  • To work with all sectors in order to provide support and opportunities that enable the third sector to be fully consulted, involved in planning and, where appropriate, involved in the delivery of services in Bury.
  • To become a model of good practice as an effective, well managed  organisation that is accountable to the third sector in Bury.
